What is Service without Sacrifice?


Service without Sacrifice was created because I knew what compassion fatigue and burnout feel like. At that point in my career I did not understand it or my part in it, but feeling deflated and exhausted every day was no joke. I knew that I had to get myself back on track. Once I did that, I knew that I had to help others do the same.

It has always been my passion to help people through distressing feelings and situations in their lives. As a therapist, I help first responders, medical providers, therapists and other helping professionals through burnout and compassion fatigue. As a coach, I help business owners struggling with imposter syndrome as they grow their business. It is my life's purpose to help people continue to do what they love.

Service without Sacrifice has been presented in small and large conferences over the years and I have this course here as well as a 6 hour course that goes into much more depth.
